Welcome to Brightlink

Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Brightlink Management Consultancy LLC (“Brightlink”) to any individual, company, or other legal entity engaging our services (“Client”) across applicable jurisdictions in the United Arab Emirates, including Mainland and Free Zone jurisdictions.

For these Terms, relevant definitions may include “Client,” “Company,” “Service Provider,” “Authority,” “KYC,” “UBO,” “Service Package,” “Government Fees,” “Professional Fees,” and “Third-Party Services.”

2. Agreement and Applicability

By requesting, purchasing, approving, paying for, or otherwise engaging Brightlink for any service, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms apply together with any quotation, invoice, service agreement, engagement letter, or other written terms issued by Brightlink for a specific service. Where specific written terms have been agreed for a particular service, those terms shall apply to that service.

3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. Where a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

4. Scope of Services

Brightlink provides professional consultancy, administrative support, application assistance, coordination, and facilitation services in the UAE.

The exact scope of each engagement will depend on the service selected by the Client and may be specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, proposal, or service agreement.

Brightlink is an independent private consultancy and third-party professional service provider and is not a UAE government authority.

5. Service Conditions

Services are provided for the Client or applicant identified in the relevant engagement and may not be transferred to another person without Brightlink’s written approval.

Brightlink may engage authorised or appropriate third-party service providers where required to facilitate a requested service.

Any stated processing time begins only after the required documents, information, approvals, and payments have been received and the application or transaction is ready for processing.

All timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing by Brightlink and remain subject to the relevant authority or third-party provider.

6. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, genuine, and up-to-date information and documentation.
  • Provide additional information or documentation when reasonably requested.
  • Comply with applicable KYC, UBO, AML, immigration, licensing, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Notify Brightlink of material changes that may affect an application or service.
  • Attend medical, biometric, immigration, banking, government, or other appointments where personal attendance is required.
  • Comply with applicable government and authority requirements and procedures.

The Client remains responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of information and documents supplied to Brightlink.

7. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, applicable fees must be paid before Brightlink commences or continues the relevant service.

Fees may include:

  • Brightlink professional/service fees;
  • UAE government and authority fees;
  • Third-party charges;
  • Banking or payment-processing charges;
  • Courier, translation, attestation, insurance, medical, or other applicable costs.

Government and third-party fees may change without prior notice. Where such fees change after a quotation has been issued, the Client may be required to pay the difference.

8. Late Payment, Non-Payment and Cancellation

Brightlink may suspend, postpone, or discontinue services where an invoice or other amount remains unpaid.

The Client is responsible for fines, penalties, expiry charges, overstay fines, late-renewal charges, or other costs resulting from delayed instructions, incomplete documentation, missed deadlines, or non-payment attributable to the Client.

Cancellation of a service does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund. Any applicable refund will be determined according to the specific service, work already performed, government or third-party fees incurred, and any written refund terms provided for that engagement.

9. Refund Policy

Government, authority, banking, medical, insurance, courier, translation, attestation, and other third-party fees are subject to the refund policies of the relevant provider or authority.

Brightlink professional fees may become partially or fully non-refundable once work has commenced, documents have been prepared, appointments have been arranged, applications have been submitted, or professional resources have otherwise been allocated.

Where a specific quotation, invoice, promotion, or service agreement contains its own refund conditions, those conditions shall apply.

Approval or rejection by a government authority does not, by itself, create an automatic entitlement to a refund of professional services already performed.

10. Renewals and Amendments

Licences, visas, permits, registrations, insurance policies, and other services do not automatically renew through Brightlink unless expressly agreed.

Clients are responsible for monitoring applicable expiry dates and providing renewal instructions, documents, and payment sufficiently in advance.

Brightlink will initiate a renewal or amendment after receiving the necessary Client authorization, documentation, and applicable payment.

11. Visas, Licences and Government Approvals

All visas, residence permits, Emirates IDs, trade licences, permits, nominations, certificates, valuations, approvals, and other official documents are issued or approved by the relevant UAE government authority or authorised institution.

Brightlink does not control and cannot guarantee government decisions.

Eligibility requirements, documentation, government fees, processing times, procedures, and policies may change without prior notice.

Final approval or rejection remains solely at the discretion of the competent authority.

12. Third-Party Services

Brightlink may coordinate services provided by third parties, including authorised service centres, banks, insurers, medical centres, translators, attestation providers, couriers, developers, trustees, free zones, and other professional or administrative service providers.

Where a service is performed by an independent third party, that provider’s own terms, eligibility requirements, processing times, and policies may apply.

Brightlink will provide reasonable assistance in coordinating such services but cannot guarantee the performance or decisions of independent third parties.

13. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Brightlink will handle Client information and documents with appropriate confidentiality and use them for legitimate business and service-related purposes.

Information may be shared with relevant authorities and authorised third parties where reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, comply with legal obligations, or process the Client’s application or transaction.

Personal Data will be handled in accordance with Brightlink’s Privacy Policy and applicable UAE requirements.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Brightlink shall not be responsible for delays, rejections, penalties, losses, or additional requirements resulting from:

  • Decisions or actions of government authorities;
  • Changes in laws, policies, fees, or procedures;
  • Third-party service providers;
  • Incorrect, incomplete, expired, or misleading information supplied by the Client;
  • Client delays or failure to attend required appointments;
  • Technical or government system interruptions;
  • Events beyond Brightlink’s reasonable control.

Brightlink provides consultancy and administrative support and does not provide regulated legal, investment, financial, or tax advice unless expressly stated and appropriately authorised.

15. Termination of Services

Brightlink may suspend or terminate an engagement where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Non-payment;
  • Failure to provide required documentation;
  • Regulatory or compliance concerns;
  • False or misleading information;
  • Suspected unlawful activity;
  • Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward staff;
  • Material breach of these Terms.

Termination does not remove any outstanding payment obligation for services already provided or costs already incurred.

16. Compliance, KYC and Due Diligence

Brightlink may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC), Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), sanctions, or other compliance checks where appropriate or required.

Brightlink reserves the right to request additional documentation, decline an engagement, suspend processing, or terminate services where compliance requirements cannot be satisfactorily completed.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content, branding, designs, processes, documents, website materials, and other intellectual property created or owned by Brightlink remain the property of Brightlink Management Consultancy LLC or their respective rights holders.

Client-owned information and original documents remain the property of the Client, subject to lawful retention and record-keeping requirements.

18. General Provisions

Clients may be required to attend appointments personally where mandated by an authority or service provider.

Original documents may be collected, delivered, inspected, or submitted where required for the requested service.

Brightlink may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updated Terms will become effective when published on the Website unless otherwise stated.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.

19. Official Government Channels
